We built the agency we wished existed for workers.

Too many people leave the Gulf on the strength of a promise that falls apart on arrival. We started Good Work to do it differently, directly, honestly, and with real people on both ends of the journey.

Good Work sits between two worlds, the Gulf, where skilled people are ready for more, and Poland, where good employers need them. Our whole job is to make that crossing safe and clear.
